At Aquario, our mission is to bring value to owners, consulting engineers and contractors responsible for delivering large and complex construction projects. We are driven by helping teams achieve their project goals.

Founded in 2020 by Richard Fernandez with experience delivering water infrastructure projects in varying engineering and management roles, Aquario is minority-owned and family operated. Lupe Fierro has decades of experience working in business administration, government grants and contracting, and education.

As partners, we offer professional services in sustainability consulting, civil engineering, and design-build consulting. We bring a unique perspective, including commitments to sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion to our projects. We are a certified DBE and SBE firm in California and Washington.
